Relax, smile, and observe the phenomena of body and mind
At the beautiful coastline of Pelion, we relax, smile and focus on the breath. The morning until lunch consists of formal meditation sessions, after lunch there is free time to go for a walk or to the beach, while the noble silence is kept. This retreat is suitable for both experienced and beginning practitioners. Regardless the "light" program, huge steps can be made in terms of (mental) relaxation, letting go, and cultivating wisdom and compassion.
